Double lit channel letters are a popular type of signage that is often used for storefronts and commercial buildings. As the name implies, in the case of dual illumination, only the sides of channel letter signs are made of aluminum or stainless steel while the face and back are made of translucent acrylic for the lighting effect.
Back and front-lit channel letters will enhance the visibility of your logo or company name. Additionally, front back lit channel letters are low maintenance and energy-efficient, making them a cost-effective option for businesses. The LED lights have a long lifespan and require minimal upkeep, reducing the need for frequent replacements and maintenance costs.

Channel letter signs are an excellent option for companies that want to stand out from the competition. There are two basic types of channel letters available on the market today: front lit channel letters, and halo lit channel letters. However, in some cases a combination of these two techniques will optimize the appearance of a sign.
1) Double lit channel letters can use two different colors to achieve a more rounded effect. All that is needed is a partition panel in the middle of the letter to divide the front side color from the back.
2) Double lit illumination allows your clients to leverage a 3D effect for their sign, without sacrificing desired color at the front.
3) This technique offers maximum visibility, especially at night. Double lit signs are often positioned on high buildings for maximum exposure.
4) Double lit channel letters are usually very attractive elements for advertising storefronts that are closed at night.
