Shipping policy

Production and delivery

Standard production takes 10 calendar days from payment, followed by 2–3 calendar days for shipping within the continental United States. Final artwork must be approved before fabrication. Contact our team before ordering if you have a fixed event or delivery deadline.

Free standard shipping

Free standard shipping is included on signs over US$100 and up to 60 inches delivered to the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.). Larger signs and destinations outside this area require a shipping quote before ordering. Any applicable shipping charges on other orders and taxes are shown or confirmed before payment.

Rush orders

Rush production is available for eligible projects, subject to availability. Rush fabrication and expedited shipping cost extra. The schedule and any extra charges must be confirmed for your order before payment.

Tracking

We send shipment confirmation and tracking information when your order ships. Carrier scans may take time to update. For tracking help, contact sales@miamineons.com or call 305.519.1166.

Shipping damage

If an order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the original packaging and provide photos of the packaging, shipping label and damage. See our Return & Refund Policy for the applicable repair or replacement terms.
